Discover how Duracell is leveraging next-generation On-Shelf Availability (OSA) strategies to reduce lost sales, optimize inventory, and boost category growth.
Duracell has always been a forward-thinking, pioneering organization.
When Karey Todd joined the team as the Retail Operations Manager, she quickly saw a challenge—her team was managing On-Shelf Availability (OSA) with outdated, manual methods, like using "MapQuest" in a GPS world.
As a leader, she pushed her team to think beyond conventional approaches and find a solution that provided real-time, turn-by-turn navigation for improving OSA performance.
To make this vision a reality, she partnered with bops and Anderson Merchandisers, transforming how her team manages and improves OSA across retailers.
Karey—joined by bops CEO Jorge, Mike Graen (the leading voice on OSA in the retail supply chain), and Tony Arnone (VP of Business Development at Anderson Merchandisers)—shared Duracell’s journey in driving better OSA outcomes at our Lunch & Learn.
